Ingredients
½cupraw almonds
½cupraw cashews
½cupraw walnuts
⅓cupchia seeds
⅓cupsunflower seeds
⅓cuppumpkin seeds
Instructions
Roast each nut and seed separately in a dry pan over low heat (or oven at 160°C/320°F) until lightly golden and fragrant. Let them cool completely.
Once cool, blend in small batches in a high-speed blender or spice grinder until fine powder forms. Don’t overload the blender or you risk uneven texture or oily clumps.
Combine all powders in a large jar. Stir well.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer for maximum freshness.

Roast for Better Flavor & Digestion: Lightly roasting each nut and seed separately enhances flavor, reduces moisture, and may improve digestibility. Be sure not to burn them — low and slow (around 160–170°C / 320–340°F) is best.
