Ingredients
2
large green apples
cored & chopped
1
large cucumber
chopped

celery stalks
chopped

lemon
peeled
1-

fresh ginger

tablespoon
apple cider vinegar

–2 teaspoons honey
optional, for sweetness
Instructions
Juicer Method
Wash and chop apples, cucumber, celery, lemon, and ginger into pieces that fit your juicer.
Run all ingredients through the juicer.
Stir in apple cider vinegar and honey (if using).
Pour into 60ml glass bottles and store in the fridge for up to 3 days. Shake before drinking.
Blender Method
Add all chopped ingredients to a blender along with ½ cup of water.
Blend on high until completely smooth.
Pour through a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag into a jug.
Stir in apple cider vinegar and honey (if using).
Bottle in 60ml glass bottles and refrigerate up to 3 days. Shake before drinking.

Notes
Use fresh, crisp produce for the best flavor.
Drink on an empty stomach in the morning for maximum absorption.
Honey is optional — leave it out if you prefer a tangy, unsweetened shot.
Store in airtight bottles in the fridge and consume within 72 hours.
For a more intense ginger kick, increase ginger to 1.5 inches.
