Energy Boost Green Elixir

Ingredients

  • 2 large green apples cored & chopped
  • 1 large cucumber chopped
  • 4 celery stalks chopped
  • 1 lemon peeled
  • 1- inch fresh ginger peeled
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 –2 teaspoons honey optional, for sweetness

Instructions

Juicer Method

  • Wash and chop apples, cucumber, celery, lemon, and ginger into pieces that fit your juicer.
  • Run all ingredients through the juicer.
  • Stir in apple cider vinegar and honey (if using).
  • Pour into 60ml glass bottles and store in the fridge for up to 3 days. Shake before drinking.

Blender Method

  • Add all chopped ingredients to a blender along with ½ cup of water.
  • Blend on high until completely smooth.
  • Pour through a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag into a jug.
  • Stir in apple cider vinegar and honey (if using).
  • Bottle in 60ml glass bottles and refrigerate up to 3 days. Shake before drinking.

Notes

  • Use fresh, crisp produce for the best flavor.
  • Drink on an empty stomach in the morning for maximum absorption.
  • Honey is optional — leave it out if you prefer a tangy, unsweetened shot.
  • Store in airtight bottles in the fridge and consume within 72 hours.
  • For a more intense ginger kick, increase ginger to 1.5 inches.
