Blender Method:Add chopped carrots, ginger, turmeric, oranges, and lemon to a high-speed blender.Pour in 1/2 cup of water or coconut water to help with blending.Blend until smooth, then strain through a nut milk bag or fine mesh sieve to remove pulp.Stir in apple cider vinegar and honey.Pour into 60ml shot bottles and refrigerate.
Notes
Adjust the Spice Level: If you prefer a milder shot, use less ginger or turmeric. For an extra kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
Sweeten to Taste: If the shots are too strong, add a little honey or maple syrup to balance the flavors.
Strain for a Smoother Texture: If blending instead of juicing, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth for a smoother consistency.
Storage Tips: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. For longer storage, freeze in ice cube trays and thaw as needed.
Best Time to Drink: Take a shot first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for maximum benefits.
